The planning of this project first focuses on the excavation of Confucius culture and other material and spiritual cultural heritages, and makes an in-depth interpretation of Confucianism, combining the important influence of Confucian culture and the attraction of the "Small Three Gorges" landscape in the surrounding area, so it is named as "Not Giving up Valley - Cultural leisure resort".
The overall planning framework and concept of this project are derived from the thinking of the planning and design team on the dialectical relationship between natural scenic spots and cultural nodes. Different from the previous planning concept of simply describing human and nature, it focuses more on the construction of cultural landscape in the vocabulary of human and self.
